Payment and Purchases
Policy
Sale prices shown on ProofPronto.com
are in U.S. Dollars (USD). 7% sales tax will be added to all orders
shipping to a Florida address.
Current billing address and phone information must be included and will be
confirmed electronically with the credit card issuer.
We accept the following
credit cards for payment: American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
We also accept cashier’s checks, bank checks, company checks, money
orders, and international wire transfers. Please note that your any orders
placed may not ship until payment funds have cleared.
Credit Card Orders:
ProofPronto.com reserves the right to request additional
information for proof of billing information. In rare occasions, credit
card orders may be delayed while we confirm billing information. Once we
receive credit card authorization, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days
depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending
institution). If you are paying with a Debit Card, make sure your are
aware of the limitations on daily withdrawals of your card.
Depending on the product and
the circumstances of the sale, ProofPronto.com reserves the right to bill
the card prior to shipment (i.e. card is set to expire). Once your card
has been charged, you will receive an invoice for your order. This invoice
should not be confused with the order receipt or order acceptance
acknowledgment, which are sent prior to invoicing.
Alternate Payment Methods
Cashier's checks, bank
checks, company checks, money orders, and international wire transfers are
acceptable forms of payment.
Domestic & International
Wire Transfers: Accepted for orders of $500 or more. Atlas Technology
Group reserves the right to withhold goods at our discretion until funds
have cleared.
Cashier's check and money
orders: Accepted. Orders typically ship immediately on receipt of the
payment document.
Bank and company checks: orders will ship only after funds are released
from your financial institution to ProofPronto.com . This could take up to
10 business days after receipt of payment. All checks returned unpaid will
be subject to a $35.00 returned check fee.

Shipping To An Address
Different From Your Billing Address
If you wish to ship to
an address different than your billing address, please contact your credit
card company before placing your order and ask them to add the shipping
address as an authorized secondary address. Your credit card company's
phone number can be found on the back of your credit card. For your protection
and ours, we
do not ship to addresses that have not been authorized by the credit card
issuer.
Persons who commit
fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
The IC3, FBI and U.S. Secret Service are responsible for investigating
Internet Fraud Cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the
issuing bank, shipping carriers and networked with all involved parties.
Pricing
and Availability Policy
All pricing and availability
are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure
the accuracy of the information listed. However, ProofPronto.com does not
assume any responsibility for errors contained therein nor from orders
arising from those errors.
Our prices change often due
to supply, demand, specials and other uncontrollable factors. At this
time, ProofPronto.com does not offer price protection. If you place an
order and the price of one or more of the items is lowered at a later
date, we are not obligated to refund the difference.
Receipt of an e-mail order
confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order; it confirms
that our system has received your order. Verification of information may
be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
We reserve the right to
correct any pricing or other errors, to limit the order quantity for any
item, and to refuse service to any customer.
Returned
Checks
In the event that our Bank,
due to insufficient funds or any other reason, returns a check from a
customer, it will incur in an automatic $50 returned check fee.
Additionally, the check amount will be subject to a 29% interest rate per
year, or the highest interest rate permissible by law.
We make our best effort to
ship your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, you
must contact us by phone or e-mail within 2 hours of placing the order. If
your order has already been packed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Please contact us for
instructions on how to return the item to us. Please do not refuse
delivery as this may incur additional shipping fees as opposed to simply
sending the item back to us for refund.
Unless otherwise noted,
all products sold by ProofPronto.com are covered by a 90-day warranty through the manufacturer of
the product.
ProofPronto.com considers
any item returned to us for any reason to be a return. This includes
unclaimed packages that were shipped to buyer and returned due to no
signer or any other reason. ProofPronto.com is not responsible for any
shipper errors or errors made by the customer while completing checkout
information at time of purchase. Most products are returnable within 14
days of the order date if customer submits a completed RMA
Request Form within 14 days of delivery. If after 14 days we have not
received a completed RMA request, the sale is considered final.
All returns must
have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number or they will be
refused and returned at the sender's expense.
To request an RMA please
submit an RMA
Request within 5 days of delivery of item. Upon completing the RMA
Request Form you will receive instructions on where and how to return the product to us for processing.
All returned products must
be in their original condition, with all original materials including all
packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink
wrap. We must receive your item back within 14 days of the date when the
item was originally received by the customer. Please allow us up to 10
business days from the time we receive your return to process a credit.
Merchandise returned with missing items are not eligible for a refund and
will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.
We recommend that all
returns be sent back via traceable carrier. The customer must pay all
costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the
returned merchandise, ProofPronto.com will issue a credit to the same
credit card used to make the purchase. The amount of credit will be for
the purchase price of the item(s) returned less the original shipping fee
and a 20% restocking fee.
Non-Defective Returns:
Once you receive an RMA (see above), you may return most non-defective,
unused items for a refund of the product cost less a restocking fee of
20%. Shipping and handing is non-refundable.
Defective Returns: You may return defective items to us within 14
days for a replacement. After 14 days, the manufacturer’s warranty will
apply and we will help you contact them if you have any issues. If the
item shows signs of misuse or is incomplete, it will not be accepted for return.

The original manufacturers warranty applies to all products and will replaced at no charge if determined to be defective within warranty period. To determine if a product is defective, customer should contact technical support at http://support.proofpronto.com. If technical support is provided by the manufacturer of a product, the customer will be provided with the manufacturer's contact information for further assistance.
