Orders placed on weekdays by 5PM EST usually ship the same business day, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or after 5PM usually ship the next business day. Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy: All requests for refund must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Exchanges on defective products can be obtained within 90 days from receipt of order. Software, personal items, data recovery products and forensic devices and items containing proprietary software are non-refundable. All other items may be returned for a 20% restocking fee if they are unopened in their original packaging with all included accessories. |
